It applies when you visit any Mojoon website that links to this Privacy Policy (including Mojoon.com), use any affiliated mobile applications (the “Apps”), or otherwise provide information to Mojoon. We refer to these websites, Apps, and other services provided by Mojoon together in this Privacy Policy as the “Services.” This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use. All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Use.

The Information We Collect and the Sources of Such Information
We obtain information about you through the means discussed below when you use the Services. We need certain types of information to provide the Services. If you do not provide us with such information, or ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to access or use part or all of our Services.
1. Information You Provide to Us

SMS / Text Messaging (Collection)
If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Mojoon, we may collect your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in consent information. Mobile Opt-In, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes.
2. Information We Collect Through Automated Means
We collect certain information about your use of the Services and the devices you use to access the Services. We and our service providers may use technologies such as cookies, tags, SDKs, tracking pixels, and similar tools to assist in collecting this information.
Our Websites
When you use our Websites, we may collect and analyze information such as your IP address, browser type and language, operating system, general location (derived from IP), referring and exit pages and URLs, pages viewed and their order, time spent on pages, search terms used on our sites, date and time of use, error logs, and other similar information.
Our Apps
When you use our Apps, we may automatically receive information about the device used to access the Apps, such as a mobile device identifier, IP address, operating system and version, Internet service provider, browser type, domain name, update status, and usage information (including time spent in portions of the Apps).

We and our service providers may automatically collect general location information (e.g., city/state and/or postal code associated with an IP address). We will ask your permission before collecting precise GPS location information.

Combined Information. We may combine information collected through the Services with information received from other sources and use and share such combined information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Aggregate/De-Identified Data. We may aggregate and/or de-identify information collected through the Services so that it can no longer be linked to you or your device (“Aggregate/De-Identified Information”). We may use and share Aggregate/De-Identified Information for any lawful purpose.
Online Analytics and Advertising
1. Online Analytics
We may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel) to collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar tools for auditing, research, reporting, fraud prevention, and to improve the Services.
2. Online Advertising
The Services may integrate third-party advertising technologies that use cookies and similar tools to deliver relevant content and advertising for Mojoon products on the Services and on other websites and applications you visit. You may have choices to limit interest-based advertising through industry opt-out tools and your device settings.
3. Mobile Advertising
When using mobile applications, you may receive tailored in-application advertisements. Your device operating system provides controls to limit ad personalization.
4. Notice Concerning Do Not Track
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a browser preference. We do not currently respond to browser-initiated DNT signals.
How We Share and Disclose Your Information
We may share your information for our business purposes in the following ways:
Affiliates and Subsidiaries. We may share information within the Mojoon corporate group to deliver products and services, ensure consistent service, and enhance customer experience.
Health Care Providers and Services. We may share information with health care providers and pharmacy partners to schedule and fulfill appointments and provide services you request, and for treatment, payment, and health care operations purposes.
Service Providers. We may provide access to or share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., billing, marketing, analytics, customer service, shipping and fulfillment, IT and security, fraud prevention, payment processing, auditing, and legal services).
Protection of Mojoon and Others. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, respond to claims, provide customer service, or protect rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale/transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Public Forums. Information you submit in public forums may be visible to others and may be used by Mojoon as described in this Privacy Policy.
Consent. We may disclose information in other ways you direct us to and when we have your consent.
Aggregate/De-Identified Information. We may share Aggregate/De-Identified Information with third parties for any lawful purpose.
SMS / Text Messaging – No Sharing of Opt-In Data
Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.
Your Marketing Choices
You may instruct us not to use your contact information to contact you by email, postal mail, or phone regarding products, services, promotions, and special events by contacting us using the information below. Commercial emails may also include an unsubscribe mechanism. Regardless of your request, we may still send non-promotional messages related to your account or transactions.
Third Party Services and Notice About Health Information
This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of third parties, including health care providers using the Services, device manufacturers, or third-party websites or services that may be linked from our Services. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information will be subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.
How We Protect Your Information
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Privacy Information for California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request information about our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information and to request access to or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of certain covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. Nevada residents may submit requests to nevada-privacy@mojoon.com.

We retain information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Revisions to Our Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, our data practices, the features of our Services, or technology. We will post the revised Privacy Policy through the Services and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Services after revisions become effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
