Return and Refund

We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns. According to the regulations of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), prescription drugs dispensed by pharmacies cannot be returned once they have been dispensed. Our pharmacy adheres to strict professional standards, and they are responsible for ensuring that customers receive drugs that have been produced and stored under rigorous conditions. After the drugs have been dispensed, it is impossible to confirm whether they have been stored properly or have not been replaced, so we cannot accept returns.

If your medication has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your subscription at any time and we will issue a refund. If you have any other concerns or need to return medication due to reasons caused by Mojoon, please email us at support@mojoon.com, and we will investigate further and assist you in resolving the issue.
