About Telemedicine
Yes. Our secure telemedicine platform enables our certified providers to take care of their patients remotely. Every doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in your state and complies with all governing medical laws in the US.
Yes, telemedicine is a safe and effective way to seek treatment. But we request our patients to be as trustful and detailed in their responses as possible. Healthcare providers on our platform have to rely on the information you provide, to make the best diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan. Healthcare professionals are only effective when they have accurate, current information about your case—both in telemedicine and in-person visits. In addition, we encourage our patients to engage with our providers via secure messaging, anytime they have any questions or concerns about the medicine or their treatment plan. Physicians on the Mojoon platform depend solely on the information you provide during your visit and via secure chat, phone, or video. They have no way of externally verifying the information you provide. In addition, if prescribed medicine, it’s necessary to read the personalized treatment plan your doctor or nurse practitioner created before taking any medication. Only by reading this information in its entirety and fully understanding the content can you adequately weigh the risks and benefits of the treatment.
How it works
After your online visit a doctor or nurse practitioner will complete their initial review of your medical history within 24 hours. Please note that your provider may need to attend to their primary duties which may cause a slight delay. If it has been longer than 2 business days, please email support@mojoon.com and we’ll take care of it.
No. If the doctor decides you’re not suitable, a treatment plan will not be created for you. Just like your regular primary physician, the doctor upholds the highest medical and prescribing standards.
Once you are issued a prescription, we will process your payment. Once the payment is cleared, your prescription will be sent to our pharmacy network for fulfillment and you should be able to receive your medication within 3-5 business days.
Your doctor or nurse practitioner will need to confirm your identity before treating you via telemedicine. In order to confirm your identity, we need a valid photo ID of yours. It’s your safety and ours.
If it’s an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Telehealth platform is NOT your emergency medical service provider.
Cost and Prices
Mojoon's treatment plan prices include services such as doctor consultations, prescriptions, pharmacy services, medication, and delivery. The prices are listed in detail on the consultation page and before the consultation is settled. Generally, Mojoon's treatment plan prices are 80%-90% cheaper than traditional prescription drug prices.

We recommend using Mojoon's central pharmacy for medication dispensing and delivery, which can save up to 80%-90% compared to traditional pharmacies. However, if you need immediate access to medication, you can still choose to pick it up at a local pharmacy, and we will send your prescription to the selected pharmacy. When picking up your medication at a local pharmacy, you will be responsible for the cost of the prescription at the pharmacy, and Mojoon is only responsible for sending the prescription to the local pharmacy. You can use your insurance or pay out-of-pocket for the prescription medication.
Payment and Shipping
We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS for shipping. After the medication is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link for the package. Our pharmacies follow a strict code of professional practice, they are under obligation to ensure that medicines that customers receive have been produced and stored under strict conditions. Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
The American Urological Association suggests oral therapies using phosphodiesterase type 5- (PDE5) inhibitors, as the first line of treatment for Erectile Dysfunction.
Physicians or nurse practitioners on the Mojoon Platform prescribe the most common PDE-5 oral medications which include:
- Sildenafil (Viagra)
- Tadalafil (Cialis)
Viagra’s FDA approved prescribing information claims that “82% of patients reported an improvement in their erections.” Other PDE-5 inhibitors (Cialis, Levitra) showed similar results.
Oral ED medication is generally considered extremely effective and studies show it works on the majority of men. But ED medication doesn’t work for everyone. It’s important to note that everyone’s reaction to a medication is unique.
Your Mojoon physician may recommend trying the medication multiple times under different circumstances. They may also increase your dose, depending on your reaction to the medication and any side effects. If you’ve been prescribed ED medication on the Mojoon platform, please contact a physician on from your account page if you have any questions.
The good news for men suffering from E.D. is that you have a variety of options, and Mojoon carries the vast majority of them. Your online visit can help our doctors decide which medication is best for you, and you can pick a price plan that works for you as well. Sildenafil (generic Viagra) for instance, requires taking the medication 30-60 minutes in advance of sex. Tadalafil daily (generic Cialis daily) can be taken once a day.
E.D. medications vary in strength and action time, but most of the single-use products (like Viagra and Cialis) work within 30 minutes and for up to a few hours.
They are the same thing. For example sildenafil is the active substance of Viagra, while Viagra is the commercial name. There is no chemical difference between the sildenafil used in Pfizer’s branded Viagra tablets and the generic sildenafil available from other manufacturers. Assuming the dose is the same, you should get the same ED treatment effects from generic sildenafil as you would from branded Viagra. The BIG difference between Viagra and Sildenafil is the price. Where a single Viagra pill can cost as much as 70$ is the US, you can purchase Sildenafil products on our site as low as at 4$/pill.
At Mojoon, we go a step further to give our customer the best products that are possible. That is why the generics Mojoon carry are the authorized generics. An authorized generic is exactly the same product as an approved branded drug, It uses the same exact recipe as the original brand medication but is marketed without the brand name on the label.
Everyone responds differently to medication and, while ED medications work for most men, sometimes they do not work for certain individuals. This can be due to a simple lack of response from the body or, more concerning, other underlying health issues that require further medical evaluation. If you do not achieve the desired effects from your ED treatment plan and would like to try a different medication, please let us know and we can request for a Mojoon healthcare provider to review your medical profile and, if appropriate, switch you to a different treatment plan.
Being a Sildenafil or Tadalafil patient for the first time, you may experience unwanted effects. They are transitory and often improve as your body adjusts to the new medicine. However, it is important to keep expectations real, and understand the following:
- Viagra is not an aphrodisiac;
- Viagra won’t make you bigger;
- Viagra does not compensate you with energy so work your body as sex consumes a lot of energy;
- Viagra does not treat premature ejaculation;
- Viagra is a treatment, not a cure.
Although low to moderate alcohol consumption is relatively safe while taking ED medications, it can also be the direct cause of the erectile dysfunction and should be kept to a minimum! Consuming large amounts of alcohol while taking tadalafil will increase the risk of experiencing negative side effects and is not recommended.
Taking sildenafil or tadalafil with a large amount of alcohol can increase the risk of negative side effects, so it is not recommended. Both alcohol and PDE5 inhibitors are mild vasodilators. When used together, their respective blood pressure lowering effects may be increased. The results of two clinical pharmacology studies indicate that combining tadalafil with alcohol leads to more patients experiencing clinically significant decreases in blood pressure compared to alcohol alone. Some subjects experienced standing dizziness and orthostatic hypotension was observed in some patients.
If you drink more than 2 beers (12 oz each), 2 glasses of wine (6 oz each), or 2 shots of liquor (1 oz each) per day, we advise that you contact your primary care provider before starting treatment.
Even though it may be rare, some people may have bad and sometimes deadly side effects when taking a drug. Call your primary care doctor or get medical help right away if you have any of the following signs or symptoms:
- Chest pain or pressure.
- Fast or abnormal heartbeat.
- Dizziness or passing out.
- Very upset stomach or throwing up.
- Weakness on 1 side of the body, trouble speaking or thinking, change in balance, drooping on one side of the face, or blurred eyesight.
- Change in eyesight.
- Loss of eyesight.
- Ringing in the ears, hearing loss, or any other changes in hearing.
- Trouble breathing that is new or worse.
- Swelling in the arms or legs.
- Fever.
- Any unexplained bruising or bleeding.
- Painful erection or an erection that lasts for longer than 4 hours. This may happen even when you are not having sex. If this is not treated right away, it may lead to lasting sex problems and you may not be able to have sex.
Signs of an allergic reaction include: a rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Male Hair Loss
The only two FDA-approved methods for treating hair loss are daily oral prescription medication finasteride (1mg) and hair transplantation surgery. The former is the treatment method offered by Mojoon. While hair transplant surgery offers a way to replace lost hair for those with severe androgenetic alopecia, it is not only expensive (with a price of at least $15,000 for 3,000 grafts), but also a painful and ongoing process that requires continued use of prescription medication for at least a year after surgery.
No drug comes with a zero-side effect promise, and Finasteride is no exception. We recommend that you please take the time to familiarize yourself of all possible side effects, so you can identify and take immediate action, on the possible onset of a side effect. If you experience any, please stop the use of the medicine immediately, and consult your doctor. Regardless to say, Finasteride works well for most users, and the possibility of side effects are slim. For example, possible sexual side effects can include a decrease in sexual desire (libido), a decrease in semen volume, or erectile dysfunction (ED). These side effects were noted in 3.8% of men taking finasteride and in 2.1% of men taking a placebo (“sugar pill”) and are the ones that concern men most. Since the topical version of finasteride acts more locally, this formulation can help significantly reduce the systemic side adverse effects seen with the oral formulation.
If a prescription is issued, the cost of the medication depends on the type of medication and the dosage you use. Ordering a quarter's supply of finasteride costs $135, which is an average of $1.5 per day. If you order a year's supply at once, it is an average of only $1 per day. The price at a pharmacy near you may differ and is typically two or three times the price of Mojoon.
Hair loss treatment can work to preserve hair and possibly even regrow hair. In one study, Finasteride was effective at stopping hair loss in 83% of men compared to 28% for the placebo group.
We offer FDA approved medicines to treat male pattern baldness (MPB), also known as androgenic alopecia.
• Finasteride (generic for PROPECIA®) is a prescription only pill that’s taken once daily. It is approved by Health Canada, at a dose of 1mg to treat hair loss in men. It is recommended to take the dose at the same time every day, and if you miss a dose, you should take it as soon as possible. If it’s almost time for your next dose, take only that dose. Medicine should not be taken more often than directed. Finasteride is not appropriate for all men and should never be used by women or handled by pregnant women. To learn more about who should not use finasteride and the potential side effects, please see the FAQ below regarding side effects and the important safety information.
Finasteride typically take six months of daily use to start seeing visible changes. It can take up to a year to see the maximum results. As long as you don’t experience side effects, it’s best to continue the medication for one full year before deciding on whether the medication is doing all it can for you. Like all medications, finasteride will work differently for different people. To sustain benefits, you have to continue using hair loss medication. If you stop, your hair loss may return.
About Paxlovid
Paxlovid is for adults and children 12 and older weighing at least 40 kg (88.2 lbs) who are at higher risk for developing serious COVID-19 disease that may lead to hospitalization and/or death. Paxlovid should be considered for patients who meet the following criteria:

FAQs for Semaglutide
Semaglutide (Wegovy) is a type of medication called a glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonist. Instead of that tongue-twister of a name, we call these medications “GLP-1s” for short. Semaglutide (Wegovy) is FDA-approved and clinically proven to help with weight loss. How? It acts like a natural hormone your body uses to regulate blood sugar and appetite—key steps in resetting your biological set point to help you maintain a new, lower weight. In fact, in the pivotal clinical trial people who combined Semaglutide (Wegovy) with lifestyle changes lost an average of 9% of their body weight after 20 weeks, and 14.9% after 68 weeks.
Semaglutide (Wegovy) works by mimicking the hormone GLP-1, which slows digestion and helps your brain regulate appetite by reducing hunger sensations. As your digestion slows, you may feel full longer and therefore eat less, which can lead to weight loss.
Semaglutide (Wegovy) dosing starts out low, then gradually increases over the first few months until a steady dose is reached. If prescribed, your provider will work with you to find the schedule and dosing that’s right for you. As an example, your provider may start you out on the lowest dose, 0.25 mg injected once weekly for the first month and slowly ramp you up to the maximum dose of 2.4 mg once weekly over the course of several months. This will depend upon your specific situation and your provider’s guidance.
Semaglutide is self-administered by the patient into the fat tissue with a syringe on a weekly basis. If prescribed, you (or someone in your household) will administer the injection under the skin of your stomach, thigh, or arm once a week. While a routine injection may sound intimidating, the insulin syringe uses a tiny needle designed to minimize discomfort. You’ll also receive clear instructions on how to perform at home subcutaneous injection.
Semaglutide is for adults with obesity (BMI ≥30) or overweight (excess weight) (BMI ≥27) who also have weight-related medical problems to help them lose weight and keep it off. Semaglutide should be used with healthy lifestyle improvements, including reduced-calorie meal plans and increased physical activity.
In clinical trials, patients lost 15% of their body weight after 1 year, on average. This is based on the average weight loss in the three 68-week clinical trials of patients without diabetes who reached and maintained a dose of 2.4 mg/week of GLP-1 treatment, along with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
In the STEP 4 clinical trial, people who combined Semaglutide (Wegovy) with a healthy diet and exercise lost an average of over 4% of their body weight by eight weeks. Those who reached a steady dose of 2.4 mg per week lost an average of 10.6% of their body weight in the first 20 weeks of treatment—and over 17% of their body weight within 68 weeks. Everyone responds to Semaglutide (Wegovy) differently, and if prescribed, your provider will work with you to get the best results for you.
While the list price of Weogvy is $1,349.02/monthly package at traditional pharmacy with a prescription, It only costs $450 per month at Mojoon which includes everything you need, from your online appointment to your medication. There are no hidden-fees or long-term contracts.
You many choose to fulfill your prescription at a local pharmacy instead of via Mojoon central pharmacy, please note that the local pharmacy may charge you a fee for your medication which Mojoon is unable to assist with. Most clients save over $1,000 per month by filling their order via Mojoon.
Yes, all medications are made in an FDA-registered compounding pharmacy licensed in all 50-states using only the highest quality ingredients. The Semaglutide you may be prescribed is a generic compounded medication and is not associated with the Novo Nordisk™ company or the brand-name medications Wegovy® or Ozempic®.
Absolutely! This medication is meant to aid traditional weight-loss efforts like dieting and exercise and should be taken in addition to a calory deficit diet and regular exercising. Please note, that dieting and exercising are always preferred for weight loss over taking medications.
However, the reason this medication may still significantly benefit overweight patients who have tried dieting and exercising is the fact that obesity has such harmful effects on the human body in the long-run.
Your doctor will review your entire health history and can answer any questions you might have about medication interactions during your initial doctor visit. GLP-1s can be safely taken with other common prescription medications—including those for blood pressure, thyroid, and diabetes—and have no contraindications with other prescription or over-the-counter medications.
All medications carry a risk of potential side effects. Semaglutide’s side effects are typically mild and often improve within the first few weeks of treatment. When they occur, it’s usually when doses are increased, then tend to improve once a steady dose is reached. Some of the most common side effects include:
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Upset stomach
- Stomach pains
- Constipation
- Diarrhea
- Heartburn
- Acid Reflux
- Belching and gas
- Dizziness
- headaches
- Fatigue
More severe side effects are uncommon but possible. Serious side effects include:
- Thyroid cancer—The FDA has issued its most serious warning (called a BOXED WARNING) that GLP-1s may be associated with a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma. So far, this side effect has primarily been seen in laboratory studies using rodents, so the risk to humans has not been determined.
- Pancreatitis
- Gallbladder disease
- Rapid heartbeat
- Severe allergy (hypersensitivity)
- Low blood sugar
- Vision problems (diabetic retinopathy)
- Kidney disease
- Suicidal thoughts or behaviors
Please see the full Prescribing Information, including the BOXED WARNING, for complete safety information.
